My core area of research is finance, banking, financial inclusion, and general management, to know the contribution of financial institutions for economic growth and sustainability. To know more about the banks in financial services for the underserved group by digital banking, policy interventions, and innovative delivery models. By linking banking systems with inclusive finance and management practices, the research aims to support resilient institutions and equitable growth.
