Research Areas
Research Interests
My research interests lie in Solid State Electronics, Microelectronics, Sensors, and Actuators, with a focus on the design and integration of miniaturized, energy-efficient electronic devices. Working in semiconductor devices, MEMS/NEMS-based sensors, and smart actuators for applications in healthcare, environmental monitoring, and industrial automation. My work aims to explore novel materials, low-power circuit design, and signal conditioning techniques to improve sensitivity, reliability, and scalability. I am also keen on integrating sensors with embedded systems and AI-based data processing for intelligent, real-time decision-making systems.
