Research Interests
My current research focuses on imbalance-aware multimodal representation learning, emphasizing modality- and class-specific similarity learning in latent spaces to mitigate bias and enhance generalization across heterogeneous, real-world datasets. I further integrate Explainable AI (XAI) techniques to analyze feature contributions and decision boundaries, improving interpretability and enabling effective bias assessment.
I investigate meta-learning approaches, including few-shot learning, to enable robust generalization and efficient knowledge transfer in low-data regimes, facilitating adaptable and data-efficient learning, particularly demonstrated through applications in Healthcare and agricultural research.
