ASSISTANT PROFESSOR

Academic Information

  • Postdoctoral fellow (from 05-12-2023 to 23-06-2025) at University of Würzburg, Germany.

  • Ph.D. from School of Material Science and Technology, IIT-BHU, Varanasi (completed on 23/11/2023).

  • B.Sc. (Hons) & M.Sc. in Physics from Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi.

Research Interests

My research interests lie in the field of condensed matter physics and materials science, with a focus on the synthesis, characterization, and investigation of magnetic and topological materials, particularly Heusler alloys and related systems. I am especially interested in understanding spin-dependent transport phenomena such as the anomalous and topological Hall effects, and their connection to Berry curvature and electronic band structure. My work also explores spin gapless semiconductors, magnetic phase transitions, and electron–magnon interactions in both bulk and thin-film materials. I aim to further advance my expertise in thin-film growth techniques and in advanced experimental methods to design and study materials with novel quantum and spintronic functionalities.
