I hold a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Comparative Literature from Jadavpur University, along with B.Ed. and M.Ed. degrees with excellent academic performance. I have qualified UGC NET (Education) and CTET. I have also completed a certification in Entrepreneurship Essentials from Harvard Business School Online. Currently, I am pursuing my Ph.D. from the University of Engineering & Management, Kolkata. My academic background reflects a strong interdisciplinary orientation combining literature, education, and management studies.

Research Interests
My research interests focus on social science perspectives in education, particularly in educational policy, curriculum development, and socio-cultural dimensions of learning. I am interested in STEAM education as an interdisciplinary approach and in entrepreneurship education to promote innovation and skill development. My work aims to contribute to inclusive, future-oriented education systems.
