Nanomaterials Based Drug Delivery Synthesis and otimization of Drug loaded targeted Nanovehicle. Evaluation of Synthesized drug loaded nano vehicle in both in-vitro (cell based assays) and in-vivo (rodent models) models. Computer aided drug design and optimizatio of different process variables in synthesis of Nano drug delivary system though Machine larning and further correlation with experimental data.

  • Synthesis, Characterization and Pharmacological evaluation of targeted polymeric nanosystems for delivery of therapeutics in disease model like leishmania, drug induced liver toxicity, diabetes.
  • Synthesis, Characterization and Pharmacological evaluation of plant bioactive conjugated metal nanosystems in different disease model like Leishmania, breast Cancer.
  • Drug loading prediction in nano-drug delivery devices through prior art in-silico design.
  • Design and discovery of small lead molecule thorough in-silico drug design approach.
  • Optimization of different process variables in synthesis of Nano drug delivary system though Machine larning and further correlation with experimental data.
