Abhishake Roy

My research explores the evolving synergy between Corporate Law, Intellectual Property (IP), and Artificial Intelligence (AI), with a specific focus on Insurance Law. I am particularly interested in how AI disrupts traditional legal frameworks—specifically regarding authorship and inventorship in IP and fiduciary duties in corporate governance. Additionally, I examine the regulatory challenges of AI in the insurance sector, including algorithmic liability, risk assessment transparency, and the shift from "detect and repair" to "predict and prevent" models. My goal is to develop integrated legal strategies that balance technological innovation with robust consumer protection and corporate accountability.
