Research Interests
My research interests encompass Corporate Communication, Educational Technology, and Management Pedagogy, with a strong focus on online teaching–learning practices and AI-generated learning. I explore how digital and AI-enabled tools enhance instructional design, learner engagement, leadership development, and team-building competencies in management education. My work examines the effectiveness of technology-driven pedagogical models in improving communication skills, collaborative learning, and decision-making, while also addressing issues of quality, innovation, and sustainability in contemporary higher education and professional learning environments especially in the Indian Management education context. My work also explores quality enhancement in teaching–learning processes, faculty development, and alignment of Management education with sustainability goals, employability, and future-ready competencies in the post-pandemic digital education landscape.
