Research Interests
My research primarily focuses on the study of geometric properties of Banach spaces. I have studied the following three intriguing topics in the geometry of Banach spaces: Farthest Point Problem (FPP), Characterization of extreme contractions between Banach spaces, and smoothness of bounded linear operators between Banach spaces. I have explored these topics using elementary norm inequalities along with other important notions like Birkhoff-James orthogonality, norm attainment set of a bounded linear operator etc. I have studied those problems mainly in real Banach spaces. I want to study it in Complex Banach spaces also. In the future, I plan to explore additional geometric problems related to Banach spaces.
