Research Interests
My research spans compact and electro-thermal modeling of semiconductor devices, interconnects, and circuits, with emphasis on self-heating, reliability, and post-Moore VLSI technologies, including CNT and GNR-based nano-interconnects. I actively translate device- and circuit-level innovations into AI-enabled edge systems, working on IoT-integrated embedded platforms, autonomous UAVs, and intelligent sensing architectures for applications such as precision agriculture, environmental monitoring, and cyber-physical systems. My broader vision connects nanotechnology, VLSI, edge AI, and drone-based intelligent platforms to deliver scalable, real-world engineering solutions.
Courses Taught
VLSI design; advanced analog and digital VLSI design; EDA for VLSI design; microelectronics; power electronics; digital signal processing; software engineering; microprocessors and microcontrollers; programming languages (C, C++, Python); operating systems; embedded systems; and Linux and shell programming.
