Research Interests

My research interests lie in Human Resource Analytics and Medical Image Processing, focusing on the application of data-driven and intelligent systems to support decision-making in critical domains. In HR analytics, I am interested in employee attrition prediction, performance analysis, workforce optimization, and explainable AI techniques to improve transparency and fairness in organizational decisions. In medical image processing, my interests include image segmentation, classification, feature extraction, and deep learning–based diagnostic systems for disease detection. I aim to integrate machine learning and analytical frameworks to develop robust, interpretable, and impactful solutions that bridge technology with human-centric and healthcare applications.
