Research Areas
Research Interests
I am interested in the synthesis, characterization and application of advanced nanomaterials, with a primary focus on carbon-based materials such as graphene, graphene oxide, CNTs and related nanostructures. My research involves plasma-assisted and low-temperature thin-film growth techniques (e.g., PECVD, sputtering) and detailed structural, optical and electrical characterization. I work on electronic and sensing devices, including biosensors, gas sensors and nanoelectronic components (GFET-based systems), targeting applications in sustainable technologies, energy devices and interdisciplinary materials science aligned with UN Sustainable Development Goals.
